Confirm Utility Transfer

You are responsible for utility costs for your property or unit starting on your official Move-In Date. This date can be found on your lease. When setting up your utilities, make sure the start date is the day your lease begins. Utilities must be put into your name prior to receiving access to the property on the scheduled Move-In Date.

This form gives proof that utilities have been transferred. Please submit only ONE form per rental unit once you have compiled all the requested information. 

If this form is not submitted prior to your Move-In Date, you may not be granted access to your rental unit.

9200 Group will submit payment for property sewage bills (MSD) directly and will bill tenants through the AppFolio portal, per the lease agreement.

Tenants are responsible for choosing an internet provider, setting up internet services, and payment of internet services.

Sewage - Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District

Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) is charged through the AppFolio portal, in addition to monthly rent charges. This charge will be labeled “Recurring charge for MSD.” At the beginning of your lease, you will be charged a flat rate disclosed in your lease each month. After 3 months, an adjustment to the rate will be made to accurately reflect your sewage usage as reported by Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. MSD charges will continue to be adjusted through AppFolio to more accurately reflect property usage for the remainder of the lease.
