What is considered an Emergency Maintenance Issue?

An Emergency Maintenance Issue is characterized by an immediate safety or health concern.

In the event of FIRE, SMOKE or a GAS LEAK, DIAL 911 FIRST and report the issue to the dispatcher.

These numbers are to be called in emergency situations:

• Ameren Missouri (Electrical Service Provider) - 1 (800) 552-7583
• Spire Gas (Natural Gas Provider) - 1 (800) 887-4173
• Flood Team (Basement Flooding, Sewer Backups, etc.) - 1 (314) 310-3064

Items NOT considered Emergency Maintenance Issues:

• Minor water leaks
• Broken appliances
• Pest control
• Leaky faucet
• Clogged drain or toilet
