Inventory Checklist

Please go through your rental unit room by room and use this form to describe any problems, broken items, or cosmetic deficiencies that you find.

Each section will have a list of key items to inspect. Use these items to guide you through your checklist. If everything is in good condition, check the "No Deficiencies" box, leave the text box blank, and move on to the next section. If a section is left blank, we will assume no deficiencies were found. Each tenant in your unit must take part in this inspection. At the end of the form, you will be asked if all tenants have reviewed the Inventory Checklist and are satisfied with the entries. Please enter only ONE Inventory Checklist per property.

In the kitchen, please check the condition of all appliances, smoke detectors, trim, walls, doors, windows, window treatments, countertops, light fixtures, and plumbing. Note any deficiencies below. If the condition of these items are good, you may leave the box blank and move on to the next section.

This section includes all bathrooms in the unit. If there are any deficiencies, please include a short description of which bathroom along with the deficiency (e.g., half bath upstairs). In the bathrooms, please check the condition of trim, walls, doors, windows, window treatments, light fixtures, countertops, sink, toilet, shower/tub, etc. Note any deficiencies below. If the condition of these items are good, you may leave the box blank and move on to the next section.

This section includes the entire exterior of the house. Please check the siding, exterior lighting, garage (if applicable), porch, doors, yard, screens, locks, keys, etc. Note any deficiencies below. If the condition of these items are good, you may leave the box blank and move on to the next section.

By typing your name below, you authorize the permission of each tenant listed on page 1 of the Lease Agreement to complete this Inventory Checklist. You authorize that all tenants have reviewed and accepted the notes you have made.
